Search options just saved at program close

Description
Search options of the settings dialog were not saved until the main
window is closed. I tried it with
- Recursive Search
- Exclude binary files
- Case-insensitive
As a result, these settings can't be changed immediately anymore.
I'm using 0.50b from 2008-11-26.
