Description
This may be as a result of Dynamic Icons or XWP, so this ticket may only be for purposes of observation with a solution upstream. However, by default, it is not possible to rearrange tracks in an M3U playlist folder, as Always maintain sort order is set by default upon creating a new M3U playlist from the template.
