Editing labels for partitions with NTFS BPBs fails

Description
On a Windows-only system with MiB aligned partitions using NTFS BPBs,
the label editing does not work. While NTFS BPBs have no field for
a volume-label, see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BIOS_parameter_block#NTFS
the internal AirBoot? labeling should work.
This issue was on a system with MiB aligned partitions, so the first
primary had an offset of 2048 sectors, which may be the cause.
