build.cmd.sample needs updates to reflect OpenWatcom build.

http://svn.netlabs.org/acpi/wiki#Building needs rework.

http://svn.netlabs.org/acpi/browser/trunk/toolkit/setenv.cmd.template is probably obsolete. If so, it could use an svn delete.

Actually the three items mentioned are ok.

What is needed are:

  1. A fixed WLINK so I can remove the requirement for ILINK. See the offset bug testcase: attachment:offsetbug.zip​.
  1. A fixed WCC386 so we don't get all the superfluous warnings. See the u64 warning testcase: attachment:u64warning.zip​.
  1. An command line option for WCC386 to prevent using EBP as a pointer.
