Wake up hangs

Description
Lenovo ThinkPad T400. It goes to sleep, but when I try to wake it up, it turns on all the devices, then beeps twice (very low + very high) and then hangs. Black screen, keyboard doesn't work, only power off helps.
I will provide more details if needed.
