SetGetThrtl doesn't work on 3.02

Description

It appears that SetGetThrtl does not work on the new 3.02 ACPI. When I try to run it I get the error: 'A non-recoverable error occured. The process ended.'

There is a popuplog:

It worked on the last version (see logs on ticket #33).
