Get rid of ACPICA.ADD

Description

Most of the code has already be moved to ACPI.PSD, move the rest as well.

Reason:

  • conflict with load order in CONFIG.SYS (BASEDEV)
  • SCREEN01.SYS gets loaded before in any case

from version 2.17 acpica.add moved to debug support and not need for all.
