When change running PC in SMP Mode. Unable to open COM2. Running PSCOM.SYS or SIO2K. COM2 is set IRQ 3/2F8.
In the config.sys, I set the following: PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /APIC

User switched to PIC mode:
Removed /APIC. Read ACPI_SMP_DRV.doc. Works fine now not running in APIC Mode.
