The subject pretty well spells out the problem.
- eCS 1.2R
- SNAP 3.1.8
- All the fixes that eCSMT indicates are available.
I tried with BIOS set for combinations of default display at boot to be LCD and/or regular display.
Display, in this case, is an NEC projector. I could not find, manually, a model number to match. Toggle does not even seem to register on TPAD on-screen display tool.
I did get it to work with ONLY the projector, but it would then not toggle back to the LCD. Absolutely does not ever use both. Fn-F7 does not change anything at all.
Using the latest levels [acpi_20070526.zip] and:
PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /NOD /R
Actually, I should have indicated installed with:
acpifu-20070526.wpi
I just installed the V3.00 level of ACPI. No change! It still just does not seem to recognize the use of Fn-F7. The screen does not flash, nor in any way indicate that it has attempted nor received any attempt to change the screen.
I did modify the BIOS to select both the LCD and the CRT, and now the TPad Display tool indicates "Dual" as the current setting. But, the tool does not show that a change has been made. Again, no flicker to imply that the Fn-D7 keys were depressed.
