Trap d with ACPI 3.19 (acpi319for105-2011-05-30.zip) in eCS 2.1. ACPI switches /smp /apic. Hardware Intel Core 2 Duo,chip set Intel X38/ICH9R, 4 GB ram, graphics Panorama/Nvidia? Quadro FX 3700, AHCI support in use. IBM single mouse (Amouse did not work). From the zip file were installed all files but not apm.add and apm.sym, allthoug I had a run were all files were installed, and trap occurred also then. Hardware ASUS M2N mainboard with nVidia nForce430/MCP61 chipset Using the line PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /APIC the system causes a TRAP000D boot; See attached P6010004_crop.jpg and P6010007_crop.jpg - Sorry about the flash but I suspect my camera is dying as the flash refused to turn off. No logs due to TRAP at boot. Changing the above line to PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /PIC the system boots and seems to work fine. |
