#123 fixed Closing LID causes crash in acpidaemon + huge amounts of LID events pasha yoda
Description

I use LID = None or # out the line in acpid.cfg, because I do not
want anything to change when closing it (especially since S3 doesn't work).
Closing LID causes huge amount of LID events to be logged in acpi.log and
acpidaemon.log

Eventually, acpidaemon crashes.

#125 fixed Thinkpad T60 with ACPI 3.0.3 sometime traps pasha Chuck McKinnis
Description

Funny (or not).

After trying to start the acpidaemon.exe manually without getting a trap, I removed the "rem" before the "RUN=D:\OS2\CMD.EXE /C D:\OS2\ACPIDAEMON.EXE" in the config.sys and now it works too!

Willibald will try the same with his T60 and will tell me the result!
