44	Switching wireless off/on within short period of time does not restart dhclient	andib		"Switching wireless off and immediately on sometimes does not start dhclient. Although wpa_supplicant is running as associated dhclient does not come up. 

Seems there is minimum time between killing dhclient / dhcpd and restart another instance. Maybe there are timeouts involved. Maybe this whole thing is not event triggered but runs with timeouts?"	defect	new	major	v3.20	engine	3.11
