9	Danis506.ADD does not recognize P55 Express chipset and Marvell SATA controllers	REXX	Steven Levine	"I've installed eComStation (eCS) 2.0 on my system, using DaniS506.ADD, version 1.8.5. I then upgraded to version 1.8.7.

The DaniS506.ADD driver only recognizes the J-Micron IDE/SATA controller on the motherboard (MB). It does not recognize the SATA 2.0 controller, built into the P55 Express chipset. This controller has six (6) SATA 2.0 connectors. The driver also does not recognize the Marvell controller, which has two (2) SATA 3.0 connectors. The J-Micron controller has only one (1) SATA connector and it is SATA 2.0, not SATA 3.0. Therefore, I had to downgrade my expectations to SATA 2.0 performance. Also, I had to use a USB 2.0 port to connect my second hard drive (because the J-Micron has only 1 connector).

Is it possible to get version 1.8.9 of the driver, which AHCI aware? Hopefully, this version will recognize all of my SATA controllers.

I do not want to go to eCS 2.1, which has the 1.8.9 driver. I spent a lot of time manually migrating my existing system over to eCS 2.0. The migration on the install did not work for me."	task	assigned	minor	Release-1.8.16	danis506.add	1.8.9
