To build the beast you need:

 - Subversion
    http://www.os2world.com/smedley/subversion-1.3.1-b2.zip

 - GCC 335
    ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/gcc/gcc-3.3.5-csd1.zip

 - OS2-Tookit (included in eCS)

 - VA365 (only for Mozilla-Helper-DLL) (maybe another icc also works)
(if you don't have icc or don't want/need to build npwv.dll '# out'
      cd ..\np
      nmake
    from trunk\gui\makefile)

 - Open WATCOM Compiler
    http://www.scitechsoft.com/products/dev/watcom_content.html

 - SciTech SNAP Graphics SDK
    http://www.scitechsoft.com/ftp/devel/readme-sdk.txt

 - nmake.exe, implib.exe
You have to have it after os2 toolkit installed

! All these packages have to be installed properly before you continue !

 - WO-toolkit
    http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/mmedia/video/wo11src.zip
copy hwvideo.h and hwvideo.lib (or hwvideo.dll in case you have no
    hwvideo.lib) to a directory o:\tkWO (for example)

 - UNIAUD-toolkit
   ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/uniaud/SDK/unisdk.zip
unpack to a directory o:\tkUNIAUD (for example)

Now you have all you need (If I've forgotten something, let me know)

 - get/update the latest svn-sources for WarpVision from netlabs using
    Get_WarpVision-sourcecode.cmd

  - Edit trunk\makefile.inc to meet your needs
  - Create a destination directory for your build.
  - Edit Build_WarpVision.cmd
  - Run Build_WarpVision.cmd
  - Tell me if it works

P.S. The RC.exe confirmed to work is
     Version 4.00.010 Apr 26 1999 [88045 bytes, 30.06.99]
(Sorry, I don't remember where I got it)
