Picture gets normal if I move the window partly outside the desktop to the right side.
(As soon as the right frame leaves the desktop the movie is displayed correctly)
Fullscreen or 'snap to 2:2' works.

Perhaps it has something to do with the changed thickness for the frame of the movie-window which is new in rc3.

Hardware: T23 with S3 chip.
