37	TV-IN must open settings and select Color System (NTSC) to Work!	sXwamp@…	anonymous	TV-IN,  I hear sound but screen is fuzzy. I must open settings and select Color System (NTSC) to get it working right.  My system is eCS 1.2r media refresh GA, Hauppauge WINTVPCI - Tuner Philips FM1246 with UniAud 114 rc1.
