When building with wic, the timestamps on the source files are preserved in the archive. This may sometimes lead to erroneous warnings from WarpIN about replacing installed files which are newer than those in the archive.

Having the ability to set timestamps to the date of archive creation or to a specific date/time would save having to touch the files first, perhaps in a separate location, before building the archive(s).
