The VBox 'Main' server does not automatically start when starting VBoxHeadless

Description

Noticed that in WinXP and Linux, VBoxSVC is started automatically by each frontend, like VBoxHeadless, VBoxSDL or VirtualBox. But it isn't so on OS/2. Need to work it out.

The same problem like in VBoxXPCOMIPCD.exe -- it fails to daemonize when trying to open "/dev/null": src\VBox\Main\src-server\xpcom\server_module.cpp:

    devNull = PR_Open("/dev/null", PR_RDWR, 0);
#else
    devNull = PR_Open("/dev/nul", PR_RDWR, 0);
#endif
    if (!devNull)
        goto end;
