When trying to start a frontend (an user interface app), or the tstVBoxAPIXPCOM.exe testcase, the VBox 'Main' server (VBoxSVC.exe) won't spawn with an error mentioned in this ticket title. But if I start VBoxXPCOMIPCD.exe daemon (the XPCOM IPC daemon) manually, then it starts successfully.
