28	New USB driver fails to operate APC UPS.	Doug Bissett	somebody	"I have a package called doug.17.zip, with updated USB drivers. That one finally fixed the problem with operating most USB 1.x devices with USBOHCD.SYS. However, I now find that the USBD.SYS supplied with that version will not operate my APC UPS, with USB interface. The program:[[BR]]
