Anyway, Vladest. Download and play with MPPM.EXE. It plays smooth ?
Startup stpm.exe and put the ""Software Audio Sampling rate"" to 11.025 Hz under the tab ""OpenMPEG Video"". Then play the file again You will see it halt and play.
If your (un)lucky the MPG playback will hang your desktop...
