with the test builds of uniaud the situation with sound play got a lot better, although ALL test versions (including the original Silver version) I'm experiencing one fatal flaw:

The System will freeze completely in approx 45-55mins of non-interrupted sound play (movie [mplayer] or TV [EmperoarTV]). 

If the sound ""stream"" is interrupted (by pause, swithing to other TV channel in Emperoar, playing various MP3s in Z) the problem does not occur. It is also not dependent on ACPI, happens without ACPI as well.

On boot, the souncard is detected as Intel ALC1200.

Note: the pci.log is not fully complete, since pcisniffer fails to finish its job each time. You will find the info about my souncard in the log though.

My system is a MSI notebook GX623X-026CZ.
