113	yum 3.4.3-7 should list dependency of urlgrabber > 3.1	Lewis Rosenthal		"As we know that urlgrabber 3.1 fails when fetching via https, we should consider bumping the dependency for yum 3.4.3 to something above 3.1. The current urlgrabber in our repo is 3.10.1.

Without this dependency, merely updating yum will not allow SSL connections to function.
