Beta 1 has a major problem (system timer resource leaks) causing other applications to behave wrongly under some circumstancies. Before Beta 2 is out, it is highly recommended to download the [ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qt3/psi/qpsi_dll_b1_timers_fix.zip QPSI.DLL hot-fix] and unpack the archive to the Psi installation directory letting it overwrite the existing file.
