    11I can confirm that this has been resolved with the re-release of qBittorrent 3.1.9
    2 1. The startup time has been reduced to 0 as it instantly resume the download form where it left of.

    332. All files remain in their sub folders.
    443. Have tested variations to the description above and it behave as desired.
