78	qbittorrent 3.1.9 fails to start	losepete		"I updated from a working qbittorrent 3.1.8 installation by deleting all files in the qbittorrent directory and then unzipping qbit-3_1_9-GA.zip into the qbittorrent directory.

I then doubleclicked the qbittorrent.exe file to start the app.

The result was the qbittorrent.exe Properties notebook opened.

Trying to start qbittorrent.exe from the command line shows a/the problem:-

[J:\PROGRAMS\QBITTORRENT]qbittorrent
SYS1804: The system cannot find the file STDCPP6.

[J:\PROGRAMS\QBITTORRENT]


So, the question is: Where do I find stdcpp6.dll - and why is this requirement not mentioned in the readme?
