I also installed smtube - as smtube needs to go into the same directory as smplayer there is a very silly conflict: Both packages have files called readme.os2, liesmich.os2 and lisezmoi.os2 Could I suggest that you consider *Naming* the readme files eg: smplayer_readme.os2 and smtube_readme.os2 I gave smtube a try and selected http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l5TrAXScbE from the list displayed in smtube.
