20	Add madvise() support for mmap	Lewis Rosenthal		"We need a robust log rotation app for eCS. I suggested porting logrotate (https://fedorahosted.org/logrotate/) which seems to be something fairly common across several *nix distros.

Paul had a look and advises that our current mmap (20111102, on my system, which seems to be the latest available) does not support madvise(), and is apparently a requirement for building logrotate.
