34	Links to external files have additional executable prepended in the link part (since v2.19)	guest	RBRi	"Links to external INF files don't work in v2.19 anymore. They have an
additional 'view.exe' prepended. Therefore the started INF file viewer
tries to open VIEW.EXE as an INF file and the original link part as
search string.

Example: (link to cmdref.inf)

   :link reftype=launch object='view.exe' data='cmdref'.cmdref:elink.

Result:

   The status bar shows it already:
   view.exe view.exe cmdref

The same applies to links to HLP files. External links using other
executables were not tested.

2.19 beta 4 works, 2.19 shows the bug. I hope it will be fixed soon,
before the final eCS 2.0 rc. Thanks.
