11	Additional empty lines	Andreas Schnellbacher	RBRi	"As mentioned in an email before, I've found several issues with empty lines. I've just finished my tests and here comes a detailed testcase (emptylines.zip, containing emptylines.ipf and emptylines.inf).

Apparently a header adds itself an empty line thereafter. For several tags following after the header, this empty line at the top should be removed. (Maybe the most important ones are .br, and lists. Also the :links. tag just defining an auto-opened panel without adding text itself causes issues.).

The environments that turn to monospaced font have issues with the vertical spacing before and after it. For the :cgraphics. environment, you have apparently fixed an issue after it, as the testcase shows and see also ticket:4. Other environments I've tested are: :xmp. and :table.
