184	Add command line switch to silently print given file	dcs		"Given the printing problems from Firefox 3+ it would be usefull to be able to invoke lucide thus:

lucide --print some-file.pdf --printer foo

Whereby lucide never becomes visible and just dumps the file to the given printer. It is easy to catch the pdf hitting the desktop with the XWP hook, but one then has to select print and close from within lucide.
