Milestone libc-0.6

The LIBC v0.6 release. The major focus was (at first) fork(), and has later become generic UNIX-like feature and portability. Most of this development cycle was done before converting to Subversion and trac, thus the few defects present are mostly bugs.

The date for this is isn't set yet, but it should be done pretty soon. (I've been saying that for quite some time now, haven't I?)
