126	Macros fix: add support of Qt4 for OS/2 host	valerius		"When compiling Qt programs in VBox (OS/2 host), it tries to link the Qt libraries like this: libQtCore.dll, instead of QtCore4.dll. It just uses the ""Unices"" default macros in units\qt4.kmk. Here we added the ""os2"" part taking the ""win"" part as a template. Note that on OS/2, no ""qtmain"" is used.
