Need to create a goqresxx resource file and dll sine the settings dialog is so different between them. Might be another way to do this (?ifdefs?) but this seem simpler. Setting.cpp will be set for both using ifdefs. Need to update main makefile to build either Gotcha or Gotchaq.

Need to ifdefine the 2 different module name also need to do this for the ini files. The hook dll is only used by Gotchaq so no changes needed.

Warpin build needs to include the new files. Create objects for gotchaq along with a shadow for the startup folder.

All new need a lnk.tpl file.
