66	Enhance install-time file association selection options	rbri	John Small	"Marks installer makes some file associations during the installation. I personally like the solution from PMView with a separate program that handles this associations. This makes it easy to change some associations later.
I have asked Peter if we can copy his solution. And Peter offers his code for the makedef program. Hi only likes to see a small hint about the real author.
As far as i remember, there is a resource file, that has to be changed and after an recompile the program is ready.
