168	Review structure definitions and optimize field ordering - ongoing	Steven Levine		It's probably worthwhile to review our structure definitions and optimize the field ordering.  Generally, ordering the fields from largest to smallest will result in the smallest possible structure.  It may also be worthwhile to bit encode some of the flags fields.  This too can save space.
