107	Implement release validation tool	Steven Levine	John Small	"There are number occurances of version numbers and timestamps that must be updated for each release.  We should implement a script that greps these files and reports any that do nto the expected values.

We should also document the standards for version naming.  I suggest we drop leading zeros from what we display but always use 2 digit values when generating WarpIN wpis.  This will sort the wpis in release order when displayed in our favorite file manager.
