which essentially duplicates the help access between the first (non-standard) menu item and the third (F1); the first option displays only the mediafldr.hlp file, while the third loads that and wphelp.hlp). In fact, for non-EN builds, the IDSTR_MEDIAFLDHELP string (""Media-Folder Help"" in EN) does not even seem to display, leaving us with a blank menu selection.
