36		The system that automatically sends you an e-mail when your ticket is updated is currently broken. To work around this, simply make sure you put your e-mail address in the Cc: field when (or after) you create a ticket. This will ensure that you get an e-mail whenever your ticket is updated.
	36	In order to receive e-mails when your ticket is updated, make sure you have updated your preferences with your correct e-mail address.
