The bug: testing latest Uniaud builds (the ones including ""Fixes for suspend/resume in APIC mode"", http://svn.netlabs.org/uniaud/changeset/453 ) system acts like without /!NOD: it boots fine up to uniaud32.sys, then there is a long delay after uniaud16.sys, long delays after usbresmg.sys and ndfs32.ifs and it hangs after vpcapp.sys. 

I tested ACPI 3.16, but most of the times system doesn't boot at all, with or without /!NOD. Situation probably similar to http://trac.netlabs.org/acpi/ticket/420
