I can't make ACPI work on my Core 2 Duo E6850 in SMP mode neither.


Adaptect SCSI U160 adapter

The point is it ""works"" but not with the /SMP /ACPI nor  /SMP /ACPI  /CD switches
It shuts down the PC, It reboots the PC

I don't know if it can switch it to suspend or sleep mode, thoigh
I don't know if it can control the power/CPU/... fan neither
