otherwise it seems to work, except that APM no longer seems to detect the lid switch on my laptop.  using 3.09 acpi and 1.23 apm

no Irq's are shared and my atheros cardbus card is discovered ok.
unfortunately the system won't run with this card as it traps when netbind loads.
works ok with my wired lan cardbus card.
