If ACPI.PSD is not loaded, OS/2 initializes device correctly, and it works with
GenMac 2.1 driver.
When ACPI.PSD is used, PCI output does not show any memmory address for the device,
and it says bus access disabled.
Result is that GenMac can't access the device.
