156	Shutdown causes reboot	Chuck McKinnis	pasha	ECS RC3. When selecting shutdown on the menu, the machine does not shutdown and turn off but reboots. This item worked fine in RC1 and RC2 on this machine. Desktop machine with a PCCHIPS motherboard, socket A, Via KT266a + VT8235 chipset.
