I have tried several different ico files and I open one in pmview and saved it as an OS2 icon just to be sure. I also checked and the filename is being passed correctly. The error is coming from DosStartSession.

Also the actual error is:
SYS0317: The system cannot find message  0506
in message file OSO001.MSG. ""G:\FM2\FM2UTILS\ISTEXT.EXE""

Not sure why it returns the name of the file I am trying to run instead of the icon file name."	defect	new	minor	Version-3.10	Base	3.09
