35	Enhance REPLACE to handle locked files	Lewis Rosenthal		It would be nice to not need to use yet another program to replace in-use files. I suggest adding a /L switch to REPLACE (/U is already being used) to handle locked files. Once the replacement(s) has/have been made, of course, the user should be reminded to restart the process(es) which have locked the file(s) just replaced or to reboot.	enhancement	new	minor	Version-3.10	Commands	3.08
