screen shots
|
Description |
There are two issues with screen shots:
- In WO mode, screen shots of the video window are always black, even when playback is temporarily halted. Would it be possible to switch off overlay and paint the playback window content when playback is halted?
- Screen shots in dive mode at 1:1 zoom have always 3 black lines at the top and 2 black lines at the bottom. This is because the playback window is always 5 pixel too high in 1:1 setting.

playback issues in dive mode at line width 488
|
Description |
- When playing an IV50 encoded avi having line width of 488 in dive mode, only garbage (mostly plain green) is displayed. The same avi is playing properly on a Win?? computer using the same indeo codec dll. Most likely this problem has to do with the fact that 488 is not a multiple of 16. Other IV50 avi files from the same source having line widths of 240 or 720 are playing fine in dive mode.
- When playing an XVID encoded avi having line width of 488 in dive mode, the leftmost 8 pixel columns are showing up duplicated at the right border of the playback window. The actual playback window is 496 pixels wide.

distorted avi playback using win32 codecs in WO mode at 240 or 720 width
|
Description |
When playing an avi requiring win32 codec (IV50, I263) in WO mode, output is distorted if line width is 240 or 720, but playing properly if line width is 320. Possibly WO is only cooperating properly with win32 codecs, if line width is a multiple of 32 (NVidia graphics chipset here). Btw, playback of XVID encoded avi in WO mode at widths of 240, 320 or 720 is ok.
