Description	This is needed to allow easy translation of the GROUP TITLE attribute (<GROUP TITLE="=("get_env group_title")"> where get_env is a REXX macro and group_title contains the string to be translated). It might also be useful to allow it in the GROUP BLOCK to allow EXPANDED to be used conditionally.

Description	Got this today after installing the new (experimental) LibC and LibCx?. Warpin will not start and crashes every time. Log and Popuplog attached.

Description	(Recreated from Xtracker ticket 1277) When building with wic, the timestamps on the source files are preserved in the archive. This may sometimes lead to erroneous warnings from WarpIN about replacing installed files which are newer than those in the archive. Having the ability to set timestamps to the date of archive creation or to a specific date/time would save having to touch the files first, perhaps in a separate location, before building the archive(s). Originally opened against 1.0.22, categoty: wic (creating archives).
