Message from Ulrich M”ller (2000-10-27):

The helpers code has been completely moved into a new
SVN code repository at Netlabs called "xwphelpers".
The code is no longer present in the WarpIN code tree.

Please check out the "xwphelpers" code. The makefiles
of WarpIN and XWorkplace have been updated to use that
code from now on.
