Description
When trying to start a frontend, or the stVBoxAPIXPCOM.exe testcase, the XPCOM server (VBoxSVC.exe) won't spawn with an error mentioned in this ticket title. But if I start VBoxXPCOMIPCD.exe, then it starts.
